GABF Bronze Medal winner 2012
This Sour Ale is our Brewmaster’s tribute to Oregon. Brewed with laboriously hand-picked, Wild Salmonberries, and Redwood Sorrel, it has a tart and slightly floral, Raspberry-like fruit flavor underscored with hints of lemonade and fresh cut grass. Regionally grown hops, and wheat malt gives this unique sour ale a very mild hop bitterness, and soft malt body, all tied together with a pleasant sour zing from our house lactobacillus culture.
