Our brewmaster Tonya Cornett is a 2001 graduate of the World Brewing Academy, a partnership between Siebel Institute of Chicago and Doemens Academy of Munich, and holds an International Diploma in Brewing Technology. Cornett uses the highest quality ingredients available to create our five signature brews, as well as a handful of seasonals, each year.
